I have specialised for nearly a decade in helping non-acting clients to perform with poise and power in real life, whether they are delivering a speech, anchoring a TV show, impressing at interview, or chairing a board meeting. I read English at St John’s College Oxford, have a PGCE and an MA in Voice Studies from Central School of Speech and Drama where I now teach BA actors. My client list is a diverse one, spanning CEOs of major companies, nervous interviewees, CH 4, Al Jazeera and Bloomberg presenters, barristers, journalists, teachers, a monarch, MPs, A list actors: a real mixture. I'm currently doing a PHD on acting and identity at King’s College London. I walk my talk regularly running the nerve-testing gauntlet of radio, TV and conference speeches. I have been featured as an expert on The Voice (BBC4), The Speaker (BBC2), Word of Mouth (BBC R4), Best Man’s Speech (ITV2) The Daily Politics (BBC2) and BBC news, and in the Times, the Daily Telegraph, the Guardian, the Daily Mail and OK magazine.
